2. Customer Service Support:
Provide technical service in a timely and responsive manner to meet customer expectations and production schedules.
3. Product Complaint Investigation:
Coordinate and assist in investigating customer product complaints. This includes site visits to assess the issue and collaborating with laboratory teams for resolution.
4. Process Application Support:
Assist customers in optimizing their paint application processes to achieve target quality and cost objectives using the company’s coating solutions.
5. Trial Coordination:
Coordinate and support the introduction of new and modified coating technologies at customer sites, ensuring proper application and performance.
6. Technical Collaboration:
Work with internal technical teams to ensure that product formulations are robust and reproducible, with proper testing protocols in place to meet production and customer quality standards.
7. Compliance
Ensure compliance with all company policies, environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulations, and relevant quality systems.
