- Collaborate with relevant departments to achieve the annual target of the department, including budgeting, cost control, time reduction, and productivity improvement activities.
- Monitor and evaluate operations to improve the quality of raw materials, finished goods, and services while maintaining environmental standards.
- Implement and maintain systems such as ISO and FSC.
- Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives and development projects in collaboration with related companies (e.g., SCGP).
- Collect, analyze, and report operational data to identify improvement opportunities and monitor the progress of ongoing development initiatives.
- Serve as a role model for safety, strictly following company safety policies and actively supporting all Production Support sections in maintaining a safe working environment.
