• Develop and execute sales strategies for Additives in the PVC industry and related fields.
• Expand and manage customer portfolio, with a strong focus on Export markets.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and propose business growth initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in Chemical Additives for the Plastic industry.
• Strong preference for candidates with Export sales experience in Plastic Compounding (Masterbatch, Compound Resins, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and deal-closing skills.
• Modern business mindset with a results-driven and sustainable development orientation.
• Good English communication is a plus.
