This role combines customer engagement, sales execution, and coordination across internal teams to drive success in B2B industrial sales. Your target customers will include local and foreign electronics manufacturers, and your main product portfolio includes PCB assembly systems and autonomous factory solutions.
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets in the Southern Vietnam market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign manufacturers in the electronics sector, fostering long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct regular customer visits and communications to understand business needs, offer appropriate solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide basic technical consultations, coordinate product demonstrations, and work with technical experts to address customer requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and basic commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (factory, service team, parts team, and local agents) to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
• Monitor local market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion and report insights to the management team.
• Support marketing initiatives by attending or helping organize local seminars, customer events, and exhibitions in the Southern region.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports (weekly, monthly) including pipeline updates, visit reports, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related jobs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or related equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
