Position overview:
The Sales Engineer at Hanna Instruments Vietnam will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, effective sales communication, ensuring customer satisfaction with service and driving sales for the company.
Each position will be in charge of an area.
• Central Area (Khu vực miền Tây) - 01 position
• Southeast (Đông Nam Bộ: BR-VT, Bình Dương, Bình Phước, Bình Thuận) - 01 position
• Other (Biên Hòa - Đồng Nai, Tây Ninh, Củ Chi, Nhà Bè) - 01 position
Workplace:
- Room B and C, Floor 9, AP Tower, 518B Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward Thanh My Tay, Binh, Ho Chi Minh City
- 15th Floor, Han Viet Tower, 203 Minh Khai Street, Bach Mai Ward, Ha Noi (01 position)
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research, Analysis
• Monitor trends in the agricultural and aquatic products, industrial equipment, and environmental treatment industries.
• Identify competitors, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
2. Search for potential customers & Develop customers
• Proactively approach factories, farms, treatment stations, and processing facilities.
• Build a network of potential customers and maintain long-term relationships
3. Technical consulting & closing deals
• Present, demo equipment, offer suitable solution packages (machinery, environment, water treatment, etc.).
• Negotiate prices, payment methods, and close contracts
4. Sales support & After-sales customer care
• Monitor the delivery and installation process, handle technical feedback from customers.
• Support customers after sales, ensure service quality targets are met.
5. Internal coordination & Periodic reporting
• Work with technical, logistics, marketing departments to ensure implementation progress.
• Report results, monitor KPIs and propose improvements.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in measurement instruments, industrial equipment, or water treatment systems.
• Experience working in a B2B business model.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in specialized English and MS Office.
• Willing to travel for business and undertake extended trips as required by the job
