Role overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing sales accounts, overseeing the sales team, and budgeting. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Additionally, the manager will be expected to provide training and support to the sales team and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
Job Description:
• Managing sales team, training, delegating and planning sales resources.
• Work directly with GM and Regional Manager, make long-term and short-term business strategies.
• Ensure market development, market share and sales according to set targets.
• Capture trends, actual situations, to propose appropriate changes.
• The ability to participate in bidding/contractor is a strength.
• Bachelor's degree in Graduated from University, majored in Chemistry, Engineering, or Environmental
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of analytical, measurement instrumentals and parameter control in either Food & beverage, dyes, cement, wine, aquaculture, water treatment, environmental, etc.
• At least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager for companies within similar industries.
• In-depth and wide knowledge of products in the same industry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record in sales management
• Fluent English reading, listening, speaking and writing (required)

• Experience in the analytical instrumentation industry is a plus.
