Lab Tester / Kỹ Thuật Viên Kiểm Tra Phòng Thí Nghiệm

Job Purpose: Support R&D activities (Lab formulation test, Innovation, Marketing activation , VIP, 5S, Consumer promotion)

Main Responsibilities ( priority in order)

I. LAB BATCH MAKING / TESTING EVALUATION AND MEASUREMENT TASKS ( IF NEEDED)

• Prepare current/ new raw material for lab batches: on-line and off-line procedure to get Raw materials from factory, supplier
• Conduct lab batch following standard process
• Quality results of lab batches vs Product specification
• Conduct stability test as protocol

II. LAB OPERATION

• Carry out 5S, Safety…. activities for Lab operation / lab equipment
• Raw, Pack, Product stock management

III.SAMPLES SHIPMENT: Prepare document for sending samples to other countries ( ex invoices, pakcing list…) contact logistic for custom clearance, arrange on passing the samples to agency…

IV. DOCUMENTATION & SYSTEM SUPPORT:

• Support for tasks of formulation group in system which required Unilever’s email ( innovation, supply chain projects, sending samples, getting raw material from factory, order new RMs for trial ) : PLM ( PIRD,….) , coupa, Concur, e-contract
• Raising PO through Coupa as request
• Support to fill template for PM codes, CU codes, DU codes, BOM creation from MDM request, input draft PMRs if needed
• Writing specification for PKG components in system AWS based on brief if needed

V. PROMOTION & ACTIVATION:

• Develop packaging items for Promotion / Activation based on brief and request
• Fill template BOM creation and issue to Planning / Promotion team
• Issuing Work Instruction, follow up mock up and samples from Supplier / MKT / ….

VI. Other task ( if needed)

• Prepare and conduct demo, activation for products
• Competitor tracking, report
• Do product quality declarartion documents
• Filing documents, systemize data for R&D

• College degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (preferred); relevant experience considered.

• Experience in lab testing, formulation, and packaging development.

• Knowledge of lab equipment, batch preparation, stability testing, and safety protocols.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

• Effective communication and documentation skills.
