Lab Manager

- Manage lab operations including fabric/ garment physical test (denim product), shrinkage/ shade test, waste water test, and chemical testing.

- Manage and improve operations workflow, processes, and resources, to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency in the laboratory.

- Understand client request/instructions on test requirement(s).

- Review testing data and approve test reports.

- Ensure calibration and maintenance of all lab equipment.

- Ensure adequate resources in terms of equipment, manpower, and technical supplies to achieve quality objectives.

- Training the team for new test and capability development.

- University graduation in Textile/ Chemical

- At least 3 years of experience in chemical/textile testing field;

- In-depth knowledge of ISO 17025

- Good understanding of testing procedures and good convincing skill and problem-solving skills;

- Have extensive and deep knowledge in textile and testing;

- Good at English skills;

- Accuracy, enthusiasm, strong commitment.
