• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve export sales targets for IQF fruit and fruit concentrate products.
• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners in key markets.
• Leverage an existing network of customers to expand market share and penetrate new regions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the global IQF and fruit concentrate markets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to customer specifications.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and build brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with export documentation, certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FDA), and local/international regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, specifically in the export of IQF fruit, fruit concentrate, or related food products.
• Established network of customers and distributors in the global food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam’s fruit export market, including IQF processes and fruit concentrate production.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in international markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Chinese, Spanish, or French are a plus).
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
