1. Develop new specs to meet the business need timely

• Do experiments in laboratory to find obtimize formulars
• Sumary results and make reports
• Run new formulars on big machine
• Transfer, follow and support production team to run new formulars on production line smoothly

2. Implement, control and optimize the processes of making PU foam

• Set up technical standards for producing PU foam process
• Follow quality of PU foam and give solutions to improve quality of PU foam

3. Improve current formulars to maximize production yield and save cost

• Find solutions to improve producing process and quality of PU foam
• Evaluate effectives of improving about process or new chemicals,.. basing on the exepriments
• Sumary results and make reports about improving

4. Control chemicals quality and retricted chemicals in PU foam

• Test, control and report about quality of chemicals, additives, powders and pigments.
• Control retricted chemiclas in PU foam meets brand's standards

5. Implement and maintain 6S in the area

• Ensure cleanliness of the workshop, equipment, and tools, and maintain the implementation of 5S in the working area.
• Keep the working environment clean and safe according to company regulations and policies.

6. Other tasks

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Prefer bachelor of Engineering/ Science in Material/ Chemical (Major in polymer)
• Prefer good in English (4 skills)
• Prefer 1-year experiment
