1. Bulk recipe checking

• Increase RFT (right first time) ratio in Dyeing;
• Check RFT of each recipe;
• Ensure input recipe of Dyeing;
• Track trial batch;

2. Tracking and solving fabric abnormal

• Find out the NG reason for each batch;
• Follow data for next batch improvement;
• Collect and analyze data to report and provide improvement plan.

3. Other job assigned by manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: College degree above in major: Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Textiles Engineering, or related field;
• Experience: From 1 year of experience in manufacturing industry, experience in the Textiles and/or Dyeing manufacturing is preferred;
• Language: Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus;
• Knowledge & Skill: Dyeing/ Finishing knowledge, detail, carefulness, and innovation.
• Coordinate working time, overtime according to production demand.
